Return & Exchange Policy

I take great pride in the quality of my products. Because of the nature of our items, all sales are final. I do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, general dissatisfaction, or design preferences.

I only accept returns or exchanges if your item arrives damaged or defective.

1. Damaged or Defective Items

I take every precaution to ensure your order is packaged securely and arrives safely. However, if you receive a defective or damaged product, I will gladly replace it free of charge.

  • Reporting Window: You must contact within 3 days of receiving your package.

  • Proof Required: To process a replacement, you must provide photo or video proof of the defect.

  • Resolution: Once the damage is verified, I will dispatch a replacement item at no additional cost to you and cover all associated shipping fees.

Important Note: Without clear photo/video proof of the damage alongside the shipping label, I cannot hold responsibility and will not be liable for any replacements or claims.

2. General Exclusions (Not Eligible for Returns)

To avoid any confusion, please note that I cannot accept returns, exchanges, or store credit requests for:

  • Change of mind or general dissatisfaction.

  • Items damaged due to improper handling or use after delivery.

  • Items purchased on sale (all sale purchases are strictly final).

  • Any claims made after the 3-day delivery window.

3. How to Report a Damaged Item
